Digital Assets Advisory Boutique

Decisions,
not hype.

Separating signal from noise.

We help established companies make strategic decisions on digital assets, with a focus on stablecoins, tokenization and the new financial infrastructure — directing resources to where real economic value exists, not to market narratives.

A strategy boutique, not a technology house

Digital assets are no longer a technology topic. They are a question of business model, revenue and financial infrastructure. Most of the market still debates protocols. Our clients need to decide where to allocate capital, which operation to build, and under which regulatory framework.

BC Dynamics exists for that decision. We work alongside boards and executive teams, in business language and with explicit regulatory grounding, from diagnosis to the architecture of the operation.

25+ years at the frontier of
technology & strategy

Mauricio Malfa is a senior technology and business executive with over 25 years of experience across some of the world's most influential enterprise technology companies, including IBM, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle and SAS.

Throughout his career he has led complex enterprise sales initiatives, strategic partnerships, innovation programs and business development across Latin America, working directly with C-level executives in financial services, retail, telecommunications and technology.

That trajectory defines how the firm works: the conversation starts with the client's economic problem, in the language of the person who decides, not with the protocol.

Since 2022 he has been fully dedicated to the digital asset ecosystem, with particular focus on stablecoins, tokenization, cross-border payments and the Brazilian regulatory framework for virtual assets. Through BC Dynamics his mission is clear: help organizations separate signal from noise in a space saturated with hype.

Rather than chasing cycles, he treats blockchain as strategic infrastructure, capable of improving efficiency, transparency, global payments and entirely new business models. His work centers on identifying economically viable use cases that generate tangible, lasting impact.

Three domains.
One financial transition.

We don't cover everything. We go deep on the areas that are structurally rewriting how value moves across the economy, and where the regulatory perimeter is already defined.

01

Digital Money

Stablecoins, cross-border payments, dollar-denominated treasury and digital FX infrastructure, analyzed under the Central Bank of Brazil framework.

02

Tokenization & Real Assets

Structures, funding and liquidity through tokenized real-world assets. We separate cases with genuine economic substance from those that do not hold up.

03

Infrastructure & Regulation

Custody, settlement, compliance and the Brazilian and Latin American regulatory agenda, with specific legal grounding rather than opinion.

Our Approach

Business before protocol.
Independent by principle.

Step 01

Economic Problem First

We start from the client's revenue, cost and risk. Blockchain only enters where it creates a real advantage.

Step 02

Regulatory Grounding

Every recommendation carries the specific article and resolution behind it. Compliance first, never grey areas.

Step 03

Stress Testing

Every thesis is challenged. We actively look for disconfirming evidence before putting a recommendation in front of a board.

Step 04

Decision, Not Report

Every engagement ends in decisions, priorities, owners and a roadmap. No jargon, no hedging.

Who We Serve

Who we work with.
And who we don't.

Financial institutions & fintechs

Banks, acquirers and payment companies evaluating product, custody, settlement infrastructure or competitive positioning in digital assets.

Corporates with international flows

Companies paying or receiving abroad and facing cost, settlement time and trapped liquidity in traditional rails.

Investment & wealth management firms

Houses assessing dollarization solutions and new products built on digital infrastructure, under a clear regulatory framework.

Real asset originators

Owners and originators of real-world assets evaluating tokenization as a funding or liquidity instrument.

What we don't do

Our independence has explicit limits, and they are part of the service.

Ready to cut through
the noise?

If your company is evaluating stablecoins, dollarization, tokenization or payments infrastructure, an initial conversation quickly clarifies whether there is a case for working together.
